Jessica Lynn Idoine is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #124600) working under the supervision of Natalie Finegood Goldberg, LMFT #53017. She uses a cognitive-behavioral and strengths-based treatment approach. Her primary goal is to help clients gain insight and develop tools to improve their relationships. Jessica uses Gottman Method of couples therapy (levels 1 & 2) and Integrated Behavioral Couples Therapy. Furthermore, Jessica works with clients who are sexual/relationship minorities or ascribe to alternative sexuality/relationships (LGBTQIA+, nonmonogamy, kink, BDSM, etc.).
Jessica concluded the education component of her Sex Therapist training through the Buehler Institute. In addition, she is completing her BBS hours and sex therapy certification under the supervision of Natalie Finegood Goldberg, LMFT. Jessica earned her MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Chapman University in Orange County, California. As a sex therapy associate, Jessica is sex-positive, non-judgmental, and believes sexual thoughts, behaviors, and fantasies are fundamentally healthy as long as all parties are consenting and feel safe. Additionally, by drawing from traditional psychotherapy and couple therapy, Jessica can help couples and individuals in sex therapy achieve greater sexual and relationship satisfaction. Meleeya Schwartz, AMFT
Meleeya Schwartz is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #126712) working under the supervision of Natalie Finegood Goldberg, LMFT #53017. Meleeya completed her Master’s degree at Antioch University Los Angeles and serves multiple roles as one of the Sex Therapy Associates at Creating Change LA. As the Intake Coordinator, Meleeya assists clients in taking that most difficult first step: asking for help. With her individual clients, Meleeya is passionate about supporting her clients in taking charge of their sexual wants, desires, needs, and identity.
Meleeya provides a collaborative and warm environment for clients to begin their therapeutic journey. She uses an integrative holistic approach and tailors therapy to each specific client as she believes therapy is not one-size-fits-all. In doing so, she is able to provide clients with new insights and tools to make significant changes in their lives. She specializes in empowering women who have difficulties finding sexual pleasure or struggle with sexual pain. Meleeya sees clients through a non-judgmental lens and is an LGBTQIA+ ally. Meleeya is pursuing her AASECT certification in Sex Therapy through the Buehler Institute’s Learn Sex Therapy program. Email Meleeya any inquiries at [email protected].
