Jessica Idoine, AMFT

Jessica Idoine Associate Sex Therapist Jessica Lynn Idoine is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #124600) working under the supervision of Natalie Finegood Goldberg, LMFT #53017. She uses a cognitive-behavioral and strengths-based treatment approach. Her primary goal is to help clients gain insight and develop tools to improve their relationships. Jessica uses Gottman Method of couples therapy (levels 1 & 2) and Integrated Behavioral Couples Therapy. Furthermore, Jessica works with clients who are sexual/relationship minorities or ascribe to alternative sexuality/relationships (LGBTQIA+, nonmonogamy, kink, BDSM, etc.).

Jessica concluded the education component of her Sex Therapist training through the Buehler Institute. In addition, she is completing her BBS hours and sex therapy certification under the supervision of Natalie Finegood Goldberg, LMFT. Jessica earned her MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Chapman University in Orange County, California. As a sex therapy associate, Jessica is sex-positive, non-judgmental, and believes sexual thoughts, behaviors, and fantasies are fundamentally healthy as long as all parties are consenting and feel safe. Meleeya Schwartz, AMFT

Sex Therapy Intake CoordinatorMeleeya Schwartz is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #126712) working under the supervision of Natalie Finegood Goldberg, LMFT #53017. Meleeya completed her Master’s degree at Antioch University Los Angeles and serves multiple roles as one of the Sex Therapy Associates at Creating Change LA.  As the Intake Coordinator, Meleeya assists clients in taking that most difficult first step: asking for help. As a staff therapist, Meleeya is passionate about supporting her clients in taking charge of their sexual wants, desires, needs, and identity. In addition to sex therapy, Meleeya is pursuing certification in perinatal mental health (PMH-C) to assist new parents in navigating the early stages of parenthood and the toll it can take on the mind and body.

Meleeya provides a collaborative and warm environment for clients to begin their therapeutic journey. She uses an integrative holistic approach and tailors therapy to each specific client as she believes therapy is not one-size-fits-all. In doing so, she is able to provide clients with new insights and tools to make significant changes in their lives. She specializes in empowering women who have difficulties finding sexual pleasure or struggle with sexual pain. Meleeya sees clients through a non-judgmental lens and is an LGBTQIA+ ally. Shakti Giulietta Madrigal-Pingol, LMFT, CST

Shakti Giulietta Madrigal-Pingol, LMFT, CSTShakti Giulietta Madrigal-Pingol (Giulietta) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT#94539) and AASECT Certified Sex Therapist. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and
Family Therapy from Sonoma State University. Giulietta’s clinical experience includes providing individual, couples, group, and family therapy in private practice, community mental health, mandated treatment, residential, and eating disorder outpatient settings. She specializes in sexuality, couples issues, body image, and trauma. Additionally, Giulietta offers a sex-positive, body-positive, nonjudgmental space to explore sexual and relationship concerns.

As an LGBTQIA+ affirming, kink aware and poly-friendly therapist, Giulietta’s approach is integrative, collaborative, and supportive. Giulietta creates a safe and empowering therapeutic environment to help her clients experience sexual fulfillment, intimacy, and healing. She uses modalities such as mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and somatic therapy to help clients with sexual concerns including pain, low desire, difficulty having an orgasm, and erectile difficulties. Leilani Tran, is a graduate in general biology from the University of California, San Diego and brings a wealth of experience in healthcare, with a particular passion for mental health. Driven by empathy and a strong desire for positive change, Leilani has found her niche at the intersection of psychology and intimate relationships. This exploration ignited her interest in sex therapy, recognizing its crucial role in enhancing overall mental well-being.

Leilani is committed to destigmatizing conversations surrounding sexual health. Within Creating Change LA, she serves as the intake coordinator where she provides a judgment-free environment for individuals and couples to delve into the complexities of their intimate lives in their first step towards getting help.
